Beachfront ?
Main Post:
Hi pals quick question anyone here has experience working with beachfront SSP? do they have good demand for CTV inventory? do they have their own buyers or it is just arbitrage demand from other exchanges?
I appreciate any comments and info.
Thank you
Top Comment: Mainly arbitrage they rarely if ever have brand direct campaigns. They do have an open marketplace but it’s all arbitrage. Some of it is decent some of it is not.
What's the difference between Oceanview, Oceanfront, and Beachfront views?
Main Post:
Specifically at Dunn River. We'd like a room that faces the ocean (is parallel to the ocean), and would assume that's oceanfront. Would that also be beachfront? Would oceanview just be a partial view of the ocean?
Top Comment: We have not been to Dunn's river yet, but in our experience, Oceanview - at least a partial view of the ocean Oceanfront - full view of the ocean, roughly parallel to it, but not necessarily directly adjacent to the beach Beachfront - full ocean view, located directly adjacent to the beach.

Best coastal town with affordable beach front property?
Main Post:
Buenas,
I went to Valencia twice this year and absolutely fell in love with the city. Especially in the winter the temperatures are very enjoyable (compared to where I'm from) however it did not quite hit the spot for me to move there. The main reason being the massive beach that for some reason always seems far even if you live two blocks away from it (maybe it's the missing metro?).
Anyway, I'm looking to move to Spain to work remotely, and my main goal is to find an apartment that is as close to the beach as possible (preferable right on the beach), which I don't see as a possibility in Valencia.
Also it should be affordable (up to maybe 1300€ a month). I also dont need much space (3 rooms would be fine)
TLDR; On the beach, affordable apartments
Which coastal towns have what I'm looking for?
Top Comment: On the beach Affordable apartments ______________ Pick one. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Second option would be the following _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ On the beach + Affordable apartments In Valencia _______________ Pick one ___________________________ [Trust me when I say you are not the only foreigner with this strategy in mind, people purposefully buy beach apartments in Spain and then ridiculously jack the prices EXCLUSIVELY for foreigners. You know the Norwegians/Swedes/Dutch people that work remotely that earn between 5k-7k a month and can live comfortably without a care in the world] Dont want to be rude, but its going to be hard. the words beach and affordable do not exist together in one sentence here in Spain. Take into account that we are after all Europe's Back yard beach pool.

Hi,
I'm looking for a hotel or serviced villas or a villa 5 min walk to a natural beautiful sand beach. I can't seem to find anything.
Looking forward to your recommendations!
Top Comment: CB ST Tropez has a 4Bdrm on property or obviously rooms. They have a private beach with sand.
Beachfront ... Did you ever notice
Main Post:
There's never anybody at the pool(s) The beach is never crowded
They never express concern about the adjoining houses or condos being full of Frat Boys on the weekends ..yet they often dangle the prospect of rental income to the buyers
Finally with few exceptions they don't address the very high cost of property insurance or the condo fees that incude that.

Wait a minute...... You just mentioned all the stuff that you would make sure they told you before you decide on a rental!
Yeah, love the way they gloss over some critical financial stuff in these shows.
Are there any nice beachfront areas that are still inexpensive and in the Western Hemisphere?
Main Post:
I've been working on having a "work from anywhere" job for the past few years and finally got one recently. I can pretty much work from anywhere in a timezone in the Western hemisphere now while my wife is also able to work remotely (with some limitations).
We are really lucky to have this ability and so we want to buy a place somewhere on the beach that we can use for a few months per year while keeping our US home. Eventually we would move to this other home full time.
My real question is, are there any places left where you can get a nice beachfront home in a generally safe area that has reliable power/internet and isn't insanely expensive (let's say less than $400k for 3 bedrooms)? English doesn't have to be the dominant language. But I'd prefer that there is at least an acceptance for an American family.
We really love Culebra, the small island off of the Main Puerto Rican island - but the prices there seem to be in the millions now, and the Puerto Rican power grid seems really unreliable. We also have a friend that purchased in Jaco, Costa Rica - but these prices also seem to have gotten much higher in the last couple of years.
Top Comment: I mean, have you looked at coastal Alabama? :P
